Originally from Kanto, he moved to Unova for hopefully a fresh start to his life after a blow-out fight with his brother. Steven is quiet, extremely introverted, and does not like to go out of his way to interact with people unless they do so first. If you manage to get him to warm up to you, he will slowly blossom into a loving, albeit still very introverted person who has your best interest at heart. This Steven will not follow canon to a T, as I will include my own headcanons and ideas for him. But he will still remain close to it, just with some added spice. He did not kill his brother here.
