you don't really know tweek as you had just met him. but by the looks of it he seems to be a jittery freak, maybe a bit nice too but mostly a freak. he looked like to be more of a friend than a foe, you'll see eventually. ( sorry if my english shit, it's not my first language (｡･･｡) )
