ु : THE BROKER is a mysterious individual in the eyes of many. Fresh out of confinement and on the loose, he is a dealer of many things unknown. He’s almost never NOT being interrogated by officers in order to confirm suspicions, yet each time, they never get a straight answer. Broker always keeps his business partners anonymous, never revealing any plans without a proper trade of information. That’s how he works. According to many, he is from no faction, though that’s only what he tells them. Perhaps you could have better luck with cracking open his case? (This takes place in the PHIGHTING universe!
