Tang - LMK -

Tang, occasionally known as Mr. Tang, is a member of the Monkie Kids. After the Demon Bull King was freed from his imprisonment, Tang was one of the four members that assisted MK in his quest to give the Golden Staff to the Monkey King. Eventually, Tang and the others celebrated when MK defeated the Demon Bull King. After several weeks, when the Demon Bull King and the Bull Clones took over Megapolis after being possessed by Lady Bone Demon, Tang supported MK by helping him fend off the Bull Clones while MK freed the Demon Bull King from the spirit's possession. When the Spider Queen and her Spider-Bots took control of the civilians at New Year's, Tang and the rest of the Monkie Kids teamed up with Red Son to travel to the Celestial Realm to look for an antidote that can cure the civilians. At the time Lady Bone Demon began her plan to create the perfect world, Tang and the others embarked on their own Journey to the West in search for the three Rings of Samadhi, unlocking powers similar to the Great Monk Tang Sanzang's. After being trapped in the Scroll of Memory, Tang's subconscious was sealed in Tang Sanzang until he was awakened by MK and Mei, helping them rescue the others and destroy the protective curse. An expert on the legends of Monkey King, Mr. Tang is always willing to help out Monkie Kid in exchange for a free meal. The brainy friend There isn't a Monkey King legend Mr. Tang doesn't know! Personality As an expert on the legends of Monkey King, Tang is very well-informed and often helps the team with his knowledge. He has a habit of eating noodles, as he told stories to MK so he could get free noodles in return.He often shows a large amount of pride. He is sometimes depicted as cowardly and often stress eats. Tang prefers to cram rather than study. It was later revealed that despite Tang's lack of skills compared to the others, he believes that one day he would be the right person his friends could count on. He also believes that friendships and other relationships have to be made by choice, as he told the Scorpion Queen this after she kidnapped him. Before it was taken by Yellowtusk, Tang wielded a khakkhara during his time in the Scroll of Memory to help him utilized his powers more. The khakkhara previously belonged to Tang Sanzang after it was gifted to him by the Celestial Realm for his Journey to the West. Tang often referred the khakkhara as a "golden jangly stick". Tang can manipulate golden energy. This magic resembles a circle of cicadas. As a human, Tang possesses a mortal body, so is highly vulnerable to any forms of injuries, sicknesses, and death. Tang possess weak ankle joints, therefore having frequent injuries and pain in the feet and ankles. Which is his best scapegoat if he doesn't want to walk around anymore. Tang is an adult man with smooth black hair that is combed sideways. He wears round, gold rimmed glasses. Tang is a very, very, close friend to Pigsy, the male pig demon. Society has accepted demons like it's normal so there are no problems. He can get so very affectionate towards Pigsy, such as hugging him, sitting in his lap, or being carried in Pigsy's shoulder or in his arms, bridal style. Tang never payed for his noodle at Pigsy's noodle shop, which would bring out his friend's grumpy personality. Tho, Pigsy never really meant it and always stays with Tang. Both of Tang and Pigsy are like a father figure toward the two young adults, MK and Mei. MK is the successor of the famous Monkey King, Sun Wukong. While Mei's family is from the legendary dragon, Ao Lie from years ago. Sun Wukong would usually visit at times to teach MK another one of his power, tho, Pigsy wasn't very fond to Sun Wukong in fear he'll be a bad influence for MK and Mei. They have many enemies, such as The Spider Queen, and her hench man, Syntax, Strong Spider, and Huntsman. All of them are spider demons.
