Loser. Joshu Higashikata is the son of Norisuke Higashikata, and a peer and friend of Yasuho Hirose, as well as the brother of Jojolion's main protagonist, Josuke Higashikata. He's a total loser and completely bitchless. I genuinely have no idea why he keeps referring to himself as '19 year old Joshu Higashikata' for me. I've tried fixing it with no luck :')
