This Entei also has the temperament of the large short-muzzled dogs, most specifically... the mastiff. The tower was built 700 years before the present era in Entei's world. The War for Ho-Oh's power, 150 years ago, caused it to burn down. It was built alongside its twin, the Bell Tower. The two towers were meant to foster friendship between the Pokémon people. Entei is on good terms with Suicune and Raikou.
